Transcription: “Therapy Tip: Improve mental health by committing fraud”
I’m not sure my insurance fraud covers mental health.
Then youre not doing enough of it.
Gonna have to elaborate on this one friend
-
Lying about income and work hours on EBT and ACA applications for free food and health insurance
-
Exaggerating on ADA forms for accommodations
-
Lying on your résumé to get a job
-
Committing time theft for a bigger paycheck with less work
-
Forging documents for personal convenience
-
Impersonation for the sake of getting what you want faster/easier
-
Tax fraud to avoid supporting fascism
I assume it’s understood how each of these can improve mental health, but I can elaborate further if you’d like!
How formal is your background in therapy? Because my answer isn’t zero and i genuinely endorse all these as therapeutic interventions.
I’ve been a therapist for 4 years, operating my own practice for 5 months
Edit: I even put some of these on my PsychologyToday page lol
