the low turn out for these sort of union events makes me pessimistic about the future and it makes me wonder why union organizers are organizing such events and extremely inopportune times.
3 out of the last 4 rally’s my own union held were during business hours on a weekday and it makes me wonder who they expect to show up because they very same contracts that they pushed for clearly states that we have to be working during those times.
