That astronauts meme. One astronaut looks at Earth, which is labelled "me looking back on my life". It says "Wait, it's all autism?", to which the other responds "Always has been" whilst pointing a gun at the first astronaut.

(I realise this doesn’t make complete sense. I think I was probably a little drunk when I made this. The label on Earth shouldn’t be there."

When you realize everything starts to connect, you might fall in to this depressing mindset that might be all you are. You might start to think if you didn’t have this, then what are you left with?

Let me save you some time, everyone has quirks that can usually be explained. It doesn’t boil them down to that one thing. This goes for everyone, including you.

It was the opposite for me because I found out later in life. It is not a percentage of you that is autistic and the rest is you. It is all blended together and that blend is what makes you. Without autism, I doubt you would even recognize yourself.

I was surprised by how much I enjoyed Gumball. I discovered it not long before the launch of the latest series.

I had this reaction, and then had it again when I found out about CPTSD. Annnnnd then one more time when I read about Primarily Obsessional Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. As helpful as it’s all been I am really hoping that it doesn’t happen again and I currently have the full list.

Finding out your intrusive thoughts don’t make you a shitty person is lovely.

I followed this, but with obsessive compulsive personality disorder.

I heard an interview of Fletcher Wortmann on npr, and his experience sounded like we lived the same life… Same exact things, just different names.
