    You have mentioned all three branches of the federal government. How, I must rhetorically ask, can the entire federal government be held to account without their cooperation?

      Gee.
      Understand that history is full of examples.
      Ill start with the most obvious.
      Like the French revolution.
      Luckily the mechanisms are fairly easy.
      One simply needs to look.
      Times will be difficult.
      Its usually painful for everyone.
      Never the less, it must be done.
      Else worse things happen.
      So I implore you, off with their heads.

      You might wat to consult the constitution and it’s ammendments for a few ideas.

        Except that the federal government enforces and interprets the Constitution, so relying on it to resolve problems with that very government verges on Kafkaesque.
