    She is already there is she not? So she is in attendance, and isn’t absent.

    Thank you for pointing out the law they claim to be using, but I have a hard time believing what they are doing actually qualifies under it.

      Look, go argue with a lawyer on the specifics of you’re looking for some type of loophole to fuck with the GOP. More power to you for picking apart the law. IANAL

      But I do know this is pretty typical language when dealing with subpoena and contempt of court actions. The court has every right to prevent someone from running when there is a high likelihood of running.
