      perhaps they mean chronic fatigue or ME because that looks like what they are describing.

      but yes, definition wise:

      fatigue = physical

      tired = mental (usually, though often used to mean both/combination)

    As someone who has clinical diagnosed fatigue as a side effect of my chronic illness, yes it is? I regularly fall asleep at work, in meetings, watching tv, playing video games. My body is always tired even when my mind is not.

    I usually cant sleep longer than 8 hours and i wake up feeling rested. But i just cant last a whole day on 1 charge. Most days i need a quick recharge

    I definitely feel like this mentally lately. Physically I’m ok, I’m going out and getting exercise every day but as soon as I’m home my energy goes away, I can’t focus on anything and all I want to do is sleep on the couch. Oh well, at least I’m still keeping myself physically healthy.

    On and off for the past 15 years or so but only lately it’s really become a problem. Although I’m fairly certain there is something wrong fysiologically so I’m having a couple blood tests done at the moment.
