    In Catholicism it would be a sacrilege. Taking any of the sacraments with poor intention or not being fully committed is. Although Catholics are rarely baptized as adolescents so one doesn’t hear “sacrilege baptism” as much as sacrilege confession (leaving stuff out or whatever) or sacrilege Communion (taking Communion with a mortal sin on your soul.) I don’t know the protestant rules. Probably doesn’t matter since they have a direct and personal relationship with Jesus so they can just forgive themselves.
