I’m betting it looks at things that run-on-startup and more to check if theyr’e not system mandatory turns that off second would probably be erasing temp files, since windows notoriously has temp file deletion, and lastly might (heavy might) delete objects like Downloads that you haven’t opened for more than a year or so, assuming you simply forgot those
