It’s abominable and should mean revocation of their licence to practice.
It’s already part of gender affirming surgery. Informed consent is all up and down those procedures, to the point they’re really hard to get. You have to prove to multiple doctors you’re of sound mind, you’re totally informed of the risks, and you won’t regret your decision.
But ruining your face only takes 20,000 and a walk-in appointment. Hell, go to the right parties, and they’ll come to you.
