It’s only losing if you believe the goal was actually to improve the US economy.

Normalize calling them the Trump/Epstein Files

We changed people saying “Trump fucked kids” to “Trump rapes kids” in just a few days.

Phrasing matters, and it especially matters to him. Once we call it the Trump/Epstein files, news orgs will too.

      The system needs a cleanse.

The victims deserve justice and society has to ensure that pedophiles get prosecuted.

If we as society can’t muster that, then we deserve what’s coming our way.

It is a tax corporate profits first and foremost.

Some of that cost will be passed down to americans. Some will not.

While in put pricing is a factor when setting the end price, practically we all know that the corporate Parasite uses all that data to set that perfect price ie top price the market accept.

77.3m american voters directly cast their ballot for Donald Trump in 2024. That’s hardly half.

        77M of 155M or 49%, about half.

You can extrapolate that the voting population approximately represents the non-voting population. Or, if you are a prick, you can say that non-voters didn’t want this but refrained from voting and are therefore to blame, in which case they still chose this.

America has always been a racists, bigoted, sexist, right-wing playground. The only thing that has changed is that now they don’t have to hide it.

That’s not half of ordinary Americans that’s those who voted within the turnout.

America has always been a racists, bigoted, sexist, right-wing playground. The only thing that has changed is that now they don’t have to hide it.

The 13 colonies was vastly different from the modern 50 states.

You shouldn’t paint the various time periods in American history the same broad brush.

America was not the same as it is today. FDR was magnitudes of a better man than Donald Trump ever was. Not to mention the populace’s beliefs have evolved over time.

              77/300 = 26%

Edit: looked it up. US pop in 2024 was about 340M. So 77/340 = 23%

That’s an abysmal low turnout of 64.1%, first-past-the-post screwed America once again.

You didn’t say voters, you said Americans. You are trying to say something about all Americans, it seems.

I will ask again: where are you moving the goalposts to next?

Edit: for clarity on why I am responding: a very small percentage of Americans wanted this. Our electoral system is shit. When you say a large percentage of Americans wanted this you are not only incorrect, but you are giving a mandate to a man who doesn’t have one.

Did you account for under 18s, non-citizens, or others disqualified from voting? How does that match with only ~155m votes cast?

YOU said Americans. You didn’t say voters, you didn’t say adults, you didn’t qualify anything.

See my edit above if you are still wanting to argue this.
