I mean, it’s hard to find a politician not in the wrong side of that, but it still stands out when I otherwise agree with him on most issues. Would like to see him retire due to age personally, but he’ll have my vote again if he wins the primary.
No, the opposite. Wyden is often the only voice of reason in the Senate on issues of privacy. I think he has the most clear-eyed assessment of Big Tech, the Intelligence Community, and their interdependent relationship and myriad abuses, of anyone else alive at this point.
Oh, excellent. Maybe it’s just this issue then. I’ve voted for him multiple times now, and definitely consider him one of the better members of the senate.
