if it wasn’t for the boobs, I would like to try.

get hair again, better skin, less hair, multiple orgasms…

might end up as a cis man that has to wear a binder,

        • Yeah. Its pretty cool. Not sure if there’s been much knowledge gains in the last 5 years since that was updated (seems like that blog hasn’t been active in a few years). Its been a while since I’d read much about them (since I opted by standard transfem HRT over a year ago instead of serms), so I forget what exactly I’ve read.

That blog tends to be conservative in recommendations from what I’ve seen, sometimes clashing with popular views (such as generally being negative towards prog except for use as an anti-androgen).

            • Idk if anything has changed since that blogpost. But you can also find scientific publications that basically claim E basically causes negligible boob growth (when looking at relatively short time spans) and that’s obviously nonsense.

At the very least, people report things like size growth, but I think more frequently more reporting of changing the shape (nipple shape, rounding out boobs so they’re less conical).

Who knows; maybe you’ll be part of the IBTC

There’s also effective hair preservation treatments that are just as if not more reliable than estrogen

I’m a big guy, already have breasticlea that are too big to be part of the IBTC.

and I’m too late for hair preservation.

even as a masc cis guy who mostly falls in the conventional binary. things would be much better if there was no rigid gender standard.

There’s finasteride, that could help for the head hair at least. Or hair transplantation.

For body hair there’s lasering. Skinwise, washing your body’s skin every (or every other) day, putting up moisturiser, and sunscreen, would help well. The moisturiser helps make it soft.

Only the multiple orgasms isn’t possible without HRT I think, but from what I know, it is not as strong as testosterone-based orgasming (I’d say about 60% as much, still nice though) – though it doesn’t have the “cooldown” period of feeling nasty when you continue pleasuring.

Every body is different though. Some people report increased libido on estrogen/testosterone-focused HRT, others reduced.
