I use my local bank for that.
Banks and payment processors are not the same thing though.
And yet I can pay directly from my bank account in the steam store.
Buying from steam I currently have the option of Mastercard or visa. They don’t accept the other ways I have, and it’s difficult for me to get the ones they accept.
