Myth busters proved it doesn’t work. The pee stream looks contiguous to the naked eye but is individual droplets up close. It breaks up from contiguous after a few inches.

Uh, they showed that it absolutely DOES work, IF you’re close enough.

Also, as to the question expressed in the original cartoon, the stream stops. You don’t really have the musculature to abruptly squeeze on your bladder, but the muscles that prevent peeing are activated by the electricity and will shut off the pee stream.

It’s impressive that put body evolved to be electric-fence-pee-resistant in an age before electric fences existed.

Actually, I (the OP) have seen the Myth Busters episode, so I’m good. 🤗
But I let this character have this question for comedic effect. ✍️

Sure, but note how you don’t say anything about how that means IT DOES WORK, WHICH IS COMPLETELY OPPOSITE OF YOUR ORIGINAL, MASTER, LEADING STATEMENT OF “Myth busters proved it doesn’t work.”

The original implies standing and peeing. Crouching inches away isn’t the same.

I said it was busted except for the situation where you are close. You then said in caps how I was wrong while simultaneously restating exactly what I said.
