I used to do this a couple of years before lockdown for gym before uni and work. Still rather this and get the sleep and be in a good mood than stay in bed longer and feel like shit. Edit: 9am I don’t know what to do with myself. I have very little motivation. Aaargh. 11:30am hour and a half PT session shortly. I will no doubt be ded
