I am curious what app are you using that you can tag someone? Or is it just a mental tagging, where you will just ignore them? After reading the article and this response and some of their other comments I think I would like to tag them, but I cannot seem to find a way to do this on voyager.
I’m answering late, and at least one other person gave the answer, which is Voyager.
The tagging is great because you can make a note about user (positive or negative) and you’ll see that come up in any comment they make.
For instance, I can tag a user with a red “Avoid - Troll” and I’ll be warned about their propensity to say inflammatory stuff without having to block them altogether.
The trouble with blocking is that you sometimes miss valuable comments that are replies.
In Voyager, click on a username, then on the user feed screen click the three dots in the upper right, you can edit tags from there. They are only visible to you, and only in voyager.
Just to make you feel rough and the feels I am going to tell you a little about my cognitive and neurological issues. When I was 12 I received a massive brain injury, I was not supposed to wake up from my comma let alone finish grade 8. Much later in life Epilepsy would become part of my life, I got an MRI done as I was walking into the neurologists office there was an intern looking at my MRI they quickly closed it and said “oh I must be looking at the wrong file.” I laughed and said yeah probably not.
I have the cognitive faculties to get a Bachelours degree and to have a vague understanding of what my brain looks like with my MRI. The most recent fMRI I did I got to see my squiggly lines over the course of 48 hours and had the mental ability to have a very basic understanding of what the lines meant. I have the ability to ask when I do not know something and not to be insulting to someone when they are asking questions about how to do something.
There was so much crap on that shitty site I couldn’t read the story.
I love when you guys comment, it makes it easy to tag you so I can avoid reading your nonsense in other subs.

Boost also has this feature! I tagged that commenter as ‘dumdum illiterate’
I use Voyager and was informed how to do it.

Yes I use that app as well and have found out to do it.

I’m on Voyager (iOS) but the three dots only show Message, Share, and Block User 😔
Edit: Figured it out. You have to enable it in the Settings first
Thank you, yes I did find it. I to use voyager, I tried out several different apps before picking it out as my choice.
I’m using an app called Voyager and you can create user tags in it. It’s local on your device though.
Cool beans, I to am using voyager and have done a little more digging thank you I have tagged them!
This sounds more like a deficiency or cognitive impairment on your part.

It’s a perfectly reasonable request, stop being unnecessarily insulting.
You sound like a troll but I’ll help you anyway, in case you or anyone are using Lynx browser for your internet needs:

Oh. Those were probably “words”. They’re typically used to convey information. I didn’t encounter any ads at all.
The story loads just fine, and can be read effortlessly.
This sounds more like a deficiency or cognitive impairment on your part.
No, lack of ad blocker on a live linux distro, but thanks for taking a shot at people with disabilities, you must feel like a hero.
Sounds like a poor setup on your part made an easily readable story hard to read.
You should absolutely be ashamed of yourself for attempting to hang a “takes shots at the disabled” accusation on me.
You being a jackass is independent of your level of function.
You said what you said, but don’t want to admit it; how american of you.
You have a firm grasp of the obvious
I own my words, which is why I left them unedited.

Oh but you get a pass though? Mmm hmm. I see you, chumpy.
