On July 29, 2025, LinkedIn removed “misgendering or deadnaming” from examples of prohibited content in its policy on hateful and derogatory content.

    U.S.-owned technology companies can no longer be trusted.

    Unfortunately, this includes Microsoft and Apple.

          I mean, this was sort of a rhetorical question, but in case it wasn’t clear before, I believe trusting a corporation is a silly thing to do.

          No one that works at Costco is looking out for you, and if an employee did, that would likely mean not following the instructions they are given by the corporation.

              I’ve heard the same about Starbucks, too.

              You dont have a relationship with Costco. Trusting a company is like trusting an appliance. Eventually, it’s going to let you down.
