Started my own LLC and moving to contract work because I don’t want to deal with assholes like this being my boss.
Honestly, we should all be doing this. Imagine if companies actually had to be accountable to pay and respect people… Those overinflated execs would deflate and shrivel like a man’s ego when getting out of the pool.
I can tell you it’s been pretty great to me. A bit of hard work and a bit of luck and now I’m doing well. I’ve got a long term contract with one company and take short term stuff that looks interesting or pays for my vacations.

In a way, I am happy that the tea app breached. Hopefully the victims can sue the hell out of the ceo and it’ll remind people to hire humans.
