I’ve fixed the bug where mute settings weren’t applied unless you visited the settings page.

The fix is live in version 2.2.1 (you’ll see it at the bottom of the page). If you don’t get a banner prompting you to update, you might need to clear your cache (Ctrl-Shift-R) to see the changes.
