Underrated. This film was what HHGG would be if it were a hollywood film.
MFs that hate the film haven’t listened to the radio show, they think it’s only a book.Every iteration is different than the last and that makes it so fun.
Don’t get me started on my theory of the optimal types of expression afforded by each medium.
HHGG is like water in a glass, it adapts to the shape of its container.Each version is exactly how it would be in that medium; the hollywood film is exactly how it would be as a hollywood film, just as much as the 80s tv show is indicative of special effects available at that budget at the time.
