The guy in a Mercedes who is breaking the law because he’s an angry asshole just needs to be stopped.

Well I’m pretty sure a bike cannot be illegally impeding a driver in the bike lane where they have no legal right to be.
Blocking a vehicle from going the wrong way and potentially hurting someone is not the same as blocking someone for no reason.
