Is still fucking it up. Here’s a recent near-screw-up near me: Mike Swire fought highway widening, so asphalt-addicted bullies want him kicked off the San Mateo Transportation Authority Community Advisory Committee.
Just a reminder that good infrastructure is not an engineering problem. It’s a political one.

Hell, I remember when they discontinued the front range express. It was a great service that I used frequently before moving to Denver from the springs.
In tech when there is a hard-limit on bandwidth you have to look at better compression. Same applys here. You don’t need an SUV to get from the suberbs to the office. A bus could do the job.
