    Here’s hoping that everyone who had the sense to walk away stays away until at least the midterms, and preferably 2028 (assuming there are any elections, and “You don’t have to vote anymore” gets delayed).

      He’s doing this precisely because he knows he doesn’t need his base anymore.

      Seeing how closely the US is paralleling Russia of the early 2000’s, Trump will die in office just like Putin and all other Tzars in history. And the ballot box stuffing will become more open and blatant too.

      If you’ve wondered why everything looks like a coup since he got in, perhaps it is because it is one.
