    What’s with the weird pseudoscience push lately?

    I’m a fully licensed and registered osteopath in the Netherlands. You should believe me when I say it’s fucking bullshit and you should never ever trust anything any osteopath says, because they are NOT doctors. You might catch one with a sense of Ethics and some medical skill, or you might catch a total quack.

    Any group that freely accepts the idea that you manipulate the moving parts of the skull to encourage the flow of brain fluids should NOT be trusted. At the very best, you’ll catch a doctor who has some wacky additional beliefs. At worst, you’ll be at the mercy of my cat, who is also fully licensed and registered as an Osteopathic Doctor in the Netherlands.

      There’s a difference between osteopaths anywhere and Doctors of Osteopathy in the US. I think you should read the article, which mentions that DO degrees have to be accredited by medical colleges, among other things. I also don’t know what you mean by a trend of pseudoscience.
