!I think everyone on here has good intentions. But many are proactive about it to a extent where they feel a duty to ostracize anyone who doesn’t. And they immediately start suspecting anyone who hasn’t settled on their systemic solution of choice of having said bad intentions. (“If crypto-anarcho-eco-mercerism is the obvious way to stop all the bad things, why would someone advocate for anything else than because they don’t want to stop those bad things?”) I think you could have a server where 100% of people had good intentions, and they’d still end up accusing each other of dog-whistling and whatnot. Like, you don’t need to ensure you share the same value system just so you can discuss a funny cat video.!<
