I once met another system, but they were friends of a friend, and I never got a chance to learn much about them.
Yep! From our experience we are considered to have our own identity but be different versions of ourselves. Switching is pretty easy when we’re called/needed and if we are present. Sometimes we can’t switch with alters who are gone, as in “ran away”.
