    I doubt they’re smart enough to be in on it, but that’s certainly the effect.

    I work in advanced manufacturing where we’ve seen billions of dollars of investments in the U.S. paused or pulled due to the current regime.

    Xi wakes up with a big old smile on his face every morning since January, that’s for sure.
