For example, one of the disposable e-cigarettes studied released more lead during a day’s use than nearly 20 packs of traditional cigarettes.
Fucking popcorn lung, I had fuck loads of people trying to tell me that and it was always specifically the flavour I was using that was bad for you… Did many people actually get it from black market vapes? Or were they being idiots and trying to make their own from an online recipe from some random forum.
I remember reading articles about the people ending up with bad pneumonia from those black market weed vapes because they were vaping actual oil, which coating your lungs is deadly. I don’t think anyone actually got popcorn lung, which was from the diacetyl in the custard flavored vapes. The history of that was from using that chemical in the fake butter popcorn factories, hence popcorn lung. It was a buzzword they loved throwing around to try and get people off the deadly vapes. Those days are behind me now, they helped me and countless friends off the real smokes.
