I know my grandfather got a ridiculously good deal on the property, but damn it would have been nice if his summer home, and my parent’s home was somewhere other than Indiana.

(Ridiculously good deal as in 28.8 acres with a house and a half, plus a few barns that were built between 1844-1850, for $10,000 in 1948 or 1949)
