I’ve wanted to move to Canada ever since I was a kid. Problem is that I’ve never been able to afford living in my own country let alone moving to another. And these days I feel like presence isn’t really welcome there anymore anyway.
Apply for jobs in Canada. If hired many companies will help you get a work permit. Once in country, start the process for permanent residence.
Permanent residence basically gives you all Canadian rights and protections except to vote. Once you have PR, it’s a pretty simple step to get citizenship.
From what I read, tho, the housing price/income ratio is way worse than most places in the US, in large parts due to NIMBYs fighting any new development, driving housing prices through the roof…
