My tortie comes at me right after i hit snooze on my alarm. I hear her peurring in my ear right before she starts licking my chin. She wants fed, but she doesn’t understand that being super cuddly is a bad tactic since it makes me want to stay in bed all morning
Same with one of my cats. The majority of the day she doesn’t seek out attention or show all that much affection besides during feeding time. But as soon as I get in bed, she’s there instantly purring loudly and stomping all over my chest begging for intense rubs.
my tortie always comes in when i got to bed and lay on my shoulder (since i sleep on the side) and i look forward to it every night <3

frrrr then when i do decide to get up to feed her i feel back cause i made her get up and there’s no more tortie cuddles

i love when she lays on my shoulder because i can slip my arm through and rub her little feetsies as i fall asleep :)
