How it’s worked so far, from what I can see from my side, is Emperor would get an email from Hetzner with an invoice PDF that then needed to be submitted to OpenCollective to pay that month’s bill. Emperor is AFAIK the only one who gets the invoices, unless @[email protected] gets them (I wasn’t in the admin team when all this was set up).
Do you think it might be a good idea to bolster the admin team by another member, just in case?
I’m not volunteering, you understand. Oh heck no. But might be worth putting the feelers out to see if anyone is interested. If Emperor returns then all good, you’ve got an extra admin, no harm done; and if he doesn’t, then at least you’re not short-handed.
What happens if they don’t? Can anyone else do it? I kind of assumed it would be automatically debited from the opencollective fund.

While I’m not admin, I’m cc’d on the invoices for continuity.
Emperor has been submitting them, however I’ve picked up this month’s to be on the safe side and submitted it.
