No one even skin the article? This is the prosecution trying to make the terrorism charge stick. Any prosecutor worth his salt, and morally lacking enough to take the case, would of course try to show that Mangione’s actions caused terror. (Don’t come at me with “alleged”, this is the prosecution talking.)

I should also note that the reason they’re going for the terrorism charge is that’s the only way, in this case, to call for the death penalty in New York State.
