LOL Europe is the western civilisation.

Usa is a perversion of it, made by outlaws and outcasts, and hasn’t changed fundamentally until today (even though some are dressed better now).

    AFAIK they had jailbirds (and their wardens?), but no criminal runaways and religious extremists.
