    those who publicly identify an officer “with the intent to obstruct a criminal investigation or immigration enforcement operation.”

    Intent is notoriously hard to prove. OTHO, how have we fallen so far as to be having this discussion?!

      I don’t want to interfere. I just want everyone to be able to put folks into categories of “decent people” and “monsters.”

      Don’t worry, they’ll charge you anyway, and you’ll be bled dry with legal costs.
