For anyone trying to subscribe, if the server returns that it cannot find the community then you need to go to your servers community list and search for:
https://piefed.social/c/stardewvalley
Now your server should fetch it and allow you to subscribe. Seeing the old posts may take a while longer.Also if no results appear wait for a minute or two and then try again. Sometime the server communication takes a while.
