I personally wouldn’t skip the pilot, Emanations, or Learning Curve in season 1. Those are good. In season 2 I wouldn’t skip Projections, Twisted, Threshold, Deadlock, Tuvix, and Basics part 1.
Maybe others could also recommend to you their favorites. I just picked out the ones that I never skip in my giant playlist of episodes.
