Most of her complaints sound pretty stupid and entitled. However I will say that paying an “all-inclusive” price and then still having to pay for fresh water would really grind my gears.
Yeah the title is a little clickbait and unfair on her:

Yes, there were soft drinks, but we had to pay €1.50 for water.”
