It’s a silly made up thing allos made up to judge the attractiveness of people. It pretends to be ‘objective’ but attractiveness cannot be, everybody finds different things, physical, emotional, psychological etc attractive. ‘Objective’ attractiveness is also problematic as it both pretends certain things have always been attractive and is usually bigotted in some way against either groups of people or individuals for not looking a certain way. All in all avoid bullshit like this, it’s not good for anybody.

Of course not. How did you come to that conclusion? You’ve literally never heard people ranking people like that?

Nah, no people in my social circle ranking people with numbers. This is just dumb.

How did you come to that conclusion?

        “She’s [a] 10” That’s how.

Good job interpreting their genuine question about your profound lack of common sense as a personal attack. 😮‍💨

I think you’re reading that in. I was expecting it to be something interesting like English not being their primary language, being unaccustomed to the English-language Internet could explain how someone wouldn’t be exposed to this kind of slang.

I understand your curiosity but both your and cheese’s wording is questionable, cheese’s felt like they were interrogating her and your “profound lack of common sense” is, even if you believe it to be true, an insult. Next time show your interest and try make conversation and don’t insult them if they decide not to talk, nobody is obligated to explain themselves to a stranger.
