The recipe comes from The Star Trek Cookbook by Chelsea Monroe-Cassel. My first time but I’m going to make more. This batch has orange extract. I will need to increase the amount of extract.

UPDATE: I made blue lemon this time.

Still waiting for these to make an appearance on SNW. I’m hoping it’s some “efficiency upgrade” installed by Starfleet that the crew ends up hating.

I see Kevin Riley. I say the magic words:

IIIIIIIIII’LLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL TAAAAKEE YOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOEEEEEMMMMM AAAAAGGGGGAAAAAIIIIINNNN KAAATHLEEEEEEEEEEEEN

Now, who’s up for an Ensign or LJG Riley appearance in SNW?

Chelsea did an AMA with us back in the Old Place when the book came out. She seemed cool, and fairly knowledgeable about, y’know, cooking.

I’d be curious to hear how the recipes turn out for you.

You are spreading out a thin layer of dough and is rolled into small balls that get shaped into cubes. Unless you want super think cubes and less in a batch. The recipe estimates you get 2 dozen in a single batch.

EDIT: You want a somewhat dense 3D shape.
