    They probably don’t have the warehouse capacity to store all those extra units. There’s a lot of logistics involved in housing and shipping 2.2mil consoles, and “just wait” can be way harder than you would think.

      I think he meant to just not ship to stores until all the online, pre-release orders had been delivered.

        this is what i meant yea, just delay shipping to store outside the initial batch until all preorders are completed. Or in a perfect world not at all until preorders have been made.

        Just have everyone join the queue and call it a day, or better yet, make release day a Nintendo only thing, and then after pre-orders are handled, then start giving to the stores.

        2. B2B deals will have fine print about when units will arrive and be “released”.
