So basically all your shipping companies suck there – except for the one that’s a federal self-funded agency? Weird.
I think one of the bigger problems is that Americans expect their stuff to be left right at their door, instead of them doing the last-mile themselves. Particularly if you live in a bigger city, taking a short walk to a packet locker or service point is so much more convenient for everyone.
