    Which, if any, US states have ‘stand your ground’ style laws that apply to carjackings? Seems a test case is inevitable at this rate.

      Possibly, but testing your guns against others with guns is not likely to end up in court. They weren’t going to take you to court in the first place. Shooting at them isn’t going to make that happen.

            Glamour doesn’t enter into it.

            Speaking as someone too pasty to be bothered by ICE (for now) and who owns no guns (for now) eventually we are gonna have to show the country that a brown shirt does not make you invincible.
