It’s a terrible shame when the actions of the state of Israel are conflated with being Jewish. And it’s a terrible shame when the actions of Hammas are conflated with the Palestinian population of Gaza. What a shit world we live in.
It’s horrible. Neither this synagogue nor that little Palestinian child who was stabbed deserve hate for political stuff happening across the planet. This is what happens when hate is generalized to a whole population.
That’s what happens when media promote Hamas lies. Those who want to believe them use them as justification for their worldview that jews must be exterminated.

No, but I don’t think immigration caused that. What are the other options? Military intervention to keep warlords from ripping apart their countries? Sometimes people need somewhere to go.

I’m saying invading almost always isn’t the right answer. And some countries and areas are very deadly. If you prevent immigration, those people will likely die. So the options are immigration or likely death.
I think the small amount of evil that comes from immigration is much less than the huge amount of evil of letting people die in unsafe areas.
