@[email protected] So having the pattern hit the edge of the frame in the bottom left was a deliberate choice. It messes with my OCD but creates more tension I think? Gives your eye something to do and makes the composition more “real”, less tidily abstract.
I’d love to know your thinking behind it.
@[email protected] It’s not quite as principled as that, I’m afraid. As I recall, the shadow wasn’t fully cast on the floor, with the corner distorted by the wall. So I just found a framing that worked around that.
