That said if we were in Ancient Rome we would proclaim “Oh no, the big dick brigade is here” so just fit what you want there.

There is a reason “tiny penis” has stuck around My original reply attempted to go for “T Levels” or something along those lines… However, “Tiny Penis” is the most fitting On the “T Level” side of things, a person concerned about “T Levels” due to some chud influencer could very likely shrink their penis with supplements
