Yeah cars should be illegal.
/u/outwrangle before everything went to shit in 2020, /u/emma_lazarus for a while after that, now I’m all queermunist!

Yeah cars should be illegal.

The people pushing AI don’t like like hearing, seeing, and reading about how other humans experience the world. They actually do just want flashing colors and sounds poured into their face holes. They’re basically incapable of understanding art.

The Democratic Party can never fail, it can only be failed. 🤡

The road particles are heavier, they aren’t really leaving traveling too far in the air. They’re mostly a problem when it rains and are a threat to water quality.

Pakistan comes to mind. Sometimes the US bombs its allies and they just let it happen.

Oh, but it was fine before?
People can go one of two directions under poor material conditions. They can radicalize to the left, or react to the right.
A lot of normal white people are going to react by turning into Nazis.
There’s data weights for recency, so after a certain point “next year is 2026” will stop being weighted over “next year is 2027”
It’s early in the year, so that threshold wasn’t crossed yet.

It’s going to be like when the US was assassinating random Venezuelan fishermen. They’re going to kill maybe one or two drug dealers, but mostly they’ll just kill randomly across Mexico and then lie afterwards to claim they were cartels.
They don’t care about killing actual cartel members, they just love to kill.
It’s pretty obvious how this happened.
All the data it has been trained on said “next year is 2026” and “2027 is two years from now” and now that it is 2026 it doesn’t actually change the training data. It doesn’t know what year it is, it only knows how to regurgitate answers it was already trained on.

We need to bring back Unemployed Councils.

>don’t siege Leningrad, take it immediately

They don’t need actual violence to declare martial law and suspend elections. They can just lie.

And the reason we can get away with military violence is because of financialized violence. They’re interconnected.
For instance, we destabilize regions by bombing them, but we also destabilize them by giving financial support (and often also military support) to opposition parties and terrorist groups who then carry out the violence for us. We also destabilize regions by trapping them in debt, and that debt is partially enforced by military violence, but partially enforced by SWIFT banking and NGO aid organizations and IMF loans and the almighty petrodollar that backs it all up.
It’s a snake eating its own ass. Where the financial warfare ends and the literal warfare begins is impossible to distinguish.

There’s some difference between the violence of “pay our debts or we’ll kill you” and “we’ve destabilized your home region; you need to buy our weapons or they’ll kill you” and “the only way you can afford to feed yourselves is if you buy our subsidized food crops.”
It’s all violent, but it’s not always violence inflicted by jets and aircraft carriers like in the picture.
That’s still consistent, normal people don’t want posts they disagree with to be seen by other people. Only debate perverts would upvote something they disagree with, because they want people to see “good discussion” or whatever.
EDIT To clarify, as a proud debate pervert I tend to upvote people I’m arguing with just so our argument gets more visibility.
I see voting as decentralized moderation, not as an expression of agreement or like or something.
Upvote means “I want people to see this” and downvote means “I don’t want people to see this.”

I try to remain optimistic, but then the US does something evil again and I despair.
Hate and spite keep me alive when the hope runs out.
How do you think a child would feel after having a pornographic image generated of them and then published on the internet?
Looks like sexual abuse to me.
