Upon first quick read of the title I misread it as to advertisers and everything still made sense.

But how much does it earn them back? Pennies? Doesn’t matter, it’s worth it to them. Even if USA is ending production and Canada stopped years ago.

While the price-fixing allegations targeted other major grocers, including Sobeys, Walmart, Giant Tiger and Metro, only Loblaw and its parent company have agreed to a settlement. The others have denied the allegations.
