Does it bother anyone else that resume and cv are used interchangeably now? They are not the same thing, and no, you do not look more intelligent calling your resume a cv.

I was honestly surprised at the number of people fully exposing their face at mine. 50501 does a good job at deescelation and keeping things civil, so I had minimal ppe (just eyes and ears) but still obscured my face. Many folks didn’t even do the basics of hiding their identity and it made me a bit concerned for them, particularly the vulnerable. It also made me quite proud of them for showing up without fear or concern, to let themselves be heard.
