  • OK, good news then! I was just suggesting this since it looked like addiction symptoms but if you think that’s not it, then good for you! But still, don’t force yourself. If it was pizza we were talking about, how would you react? “I really wanted to eat pizza, so I got all the ingredients, prepared a nice margarita triple cheese and now I don’t feel like pizza anymore”. Just don’t eat pizza and do something else. That’s perfectly fine (+ you’re not wasting food so it’s all good!)
